How can I start selling with Tabby?
Get started with Tabby by completing a short application form on our website and one of our account managers will get in touch with you to get you set up.
How can I process a refund for my customers?
Refunds are fully handled by Tabby once you accept your customer's return. You will be able to issue partial or full refunds if items are not in stock or cannot be fulfilled for any reason.
How much does Tabby charge?
Tabby charges transaction fees that are automatically deducted from your payouts.
Tabby does not charge any integration or setup fees.
In which countries can I use Tabby?
Tabby is available to any online or offline retailer with customers in the UAE or KSA.
When will I get paid?
You will receive payment according to your payout schedule directly into your business bank account.
